Of course, the entrance ticket gives you access to all the matches of the tournament in one day. It’s up to you which player you want to see on the court. And if you buy a tournament pass, you can enjoy tennis for several days and make sure you have a place on the main court, at the finals.
Yes. If you are hungry or thirsty, you will find near the main court our food court area with several trucks and dishes to choose from.
As with any big event, you will have a bracelet that you can add to your personal collection as a memory. Winners Open branded products can be won if you participate in contests organized on our social channels, Facebook and Instagram. Stay tuned!
Unfortunately, no. The current safety rules issued by the authorities in the context of the pandemic do not allow us to offer public access to events in which they can interact with the players. They will have a special circuit in order to protect them. But we will definitely enjoy their game.
Yes. You are allowed to bring any compact cameras or GoPros. You are not allowed to bring any DSLR or professional camera and camera gear with you.
You need to bring your ID card, official Winners Open ticket (printed or in digital format) and one of the following COVID19 documentation:
- a negative RT-PCR test made in the last 72 hours.
- a negative antigen CERTIFIED test made in the last 24 hours.
- proof that you are on the day 15 to 180 of the SARS-CoV-2 infection.
- proof of vaccination (at least 10 days after the second vaccine shot).
Children up to 3 years old do not need a ticket if they are held by an adult during games. Children older than 3 years need a ticket of their own and they need to present one of the 4 COVID19 documentations mentioned above.
The use of mobile phones and tablets is forbidden near the tennis courts during a match. We’ll ask you to put your phones on silent mode during the matches.
You will find the accreditation office at the entrance to the tournament premises.

Winners Open does not provide any parking space for the guests. We suggest you come by foot or by means of public transport:
There is no OVID19 testing center available on the premises. Participants are required to bring with them one of the four COVID19 documentations mentioned above.
You are not allowed to bring any food or drinks with you. On the tournament’s premises, there will be vendors selling food and drinks. If you show up to the security checkpoint with a bottle of water, we’ll open it, take the bottle cap and let you in.
You are allowed to bring compact cameras; lighters, GoPro cameras, selfie sticks (small and lightweight), external battery packs, medication, insulin, medical drops, inhalers, medical products are permitted if you can present a prescription or medical letter to support them. You will be allowed to bring only a dose needed for one day.
You will not be allowed to bring with you drugs, bottles (including perfume and deodorant bottles), backpacks or pouches larger than 29cm x 21cm x 12cm, food and drinks, lasers, knives, guns, other blunt objects, animals, umbrellas (if it rains, we recommend the use of raincoats), flammable or explosive materials, any type of professional photo or video camera, any type of DSLR, any type of object that could hurt other players or spectators.
There will be no autographs session.
